Epson printer inks

My Epson R3000 printer is now Scrap!  The print head is clogged beyond repair so it will soon visit the nearest dumpster. Before I dispose of it I will remove the ink cartridges so if you need any 157 Epson inks please let me know....

April Club Meeting

Exposure Triangle PowerPoint

Hey Folks, If you missed yesterday’s meeting, Lock took some time deliver a presentation explaining the exposure triangle. We hope that it helped or will help some of the club members learn how each part of the triangle controls the amount of light coming into your camera when you’re making an image, and how changing the values for each setting alters what your photo will look like. February 5 Meeting

Just wanted to remind everyone of the club meeting tomorrow. The meeting starts at 7pm in the Century 21 building, but as always, the doors open at 630. Some Tips for Abraham Lake Outing (and winter photography in general)…...

Here is a list of some things I think are useful for our outing to Abraham Lake.  Knowing my memory it is not complete so what I hope is that members will join in the dialog with comments, additions and other thoughts as they see fit.  I have separated things into two lists:  Personal Items and Cold Weather Gear and Photography Specific Gear…   Personal Items and Cold Weather Gear Layered Cold Weather Clothing Gloves Snow/Wind Pants Balaclava Good Boots (preferably waterproof) Sweater/Fleece mid-layer Merino Wool Base Layer (top and bottom) Lip Balm to protect lips if it is particularly cold Good Ice Grips – the chain ones with long spikes are better than the little rubber guys with short studs because they work well when there is snow and they grip ice much more securely. Walking poles can be useful for balance on inclines and through snow. Hand...
